My system with Windows XP SP2 has started running very slow, programmes
hanging, slow to start and end Windows sessions. NIS2006 says no viruses/
spyware. Occasional "virtual memory" error message. Recently downloaded
Explorer 7 maybe relevant, any ideas?

the CPU load / hangs to 100% on "mstsc.exe" (only on remote system - xp sp2)

When I have to manually shut down my computer, when it finally comes back, it
has " Operating system not found". I can shut down again, off and right back
on after the error message, it finds the system and comes back up but it is

I'm using Windows XP SP2 with 1gig of RAM.
I use my machine alot, often browsing through a large number of images and
videos.  Of late, I have noticed that my computer seems sluggish.  I tracked
