Running XP Pro, on a Dell Latitude D600. When this unit tries to do several operations of sits in idle for any length of time like playing media player it locks up with the message"insufficient system resources exit". What is the problem and how can I fix it? Is it short on memory?

After a trojan attack my Security Center is only partially functioning. After looking at the Services I see that all reference to Security Center has been deleted. Is there a way to get this back without a reload of sp2.

I have changed ISP. I was with bt. I can`t remove this programme because it is saying that there are other applications going on. When I want to send emails through word or my documents it is my bt address that comes up and not the new one, is there a way to get rid of this.
