Newbie running: XP SP2, Internet Explorer7, Outlook 2000
TROUBLESHOOT HISTORY:
I recently used "Windows Install CleanUp." to removed files from an aborted
installation of Outlook 2003.

This question probably has been asked a hundred times,but i have to ask it

Why are there so many complaints about Vista?  Specifically,it seems that
many  are now being told to upgrade to 2GB of memory as 1GB appears to be not

Ok I have windows xp media edition.  Everytime time I try to restart I get
