Can no longer remove programs, because my list won't repopulate to le me see
what programs are currently installed.  Does anyone know what causes this and

How do I delete a file that is currently in use?  I tried to do so with a
file recently and even after I closed the program that was using it it still
gave me the same error msg.

When I am shuting down my PC I get the following notification in the End
Program box. "cddirectorychangewatcherhelperwin......" is still running.

hi, i just installed a media player update, 11 i believe.  It said for
changes to take effect, restart computer.  I did , but it failed to boot with
a power outage in the process.  It now boots onto c:/ and comes up and says
on a DOS screen, 'sorry for the inconvenience but ..... ...

i suddenly had my taskbar on desktop just dissapear and i can't seem to get
