Is there a possibility to set the process priority of a Windows Service? I know that I can do it with the Task Manager or Process Explorer (Sysinternals), but i would have a way to do it automatically. Is there a little utility or some other way to do it?

Installed this update earlier this week. Since then I have had 2 crashes with the very stop code it's suppose to correct (0a). Backed out the update. Anyone else seeing this problem? Before this my event log shows no crashes (going back to 7/2006).
