Okay, here's the deal;
My processor is running at 99% with no appications loaded.  I try to run
anything and it's like it locked up.  Takes about half an hour to load
Outlook Express.

The recent .ani patch that was released last Tuesday (3rd April) has, since
then installation, caused the computer (Windows XP Pro SP2) to lockup at
random times.  I also installed the Realtek High Definiton Audio patch as
well.

My 'regedit.exe' and 'msconfig.exe' cannot open as usual. Both now opened
with notepad.
It come after i run the anti-virus and heal all the viruses. Please help me
on this... My Windows XP always startup with the notepad for registry.

Are the names for the directorys corrects?
