I experiment VERY slow write disc access.
To narrow down the problem I wrote a small program to write a file by block
of
16MB.

How can I delete files from My Music folder without making tons of copies
that fill up the folder?

While typing the cursor will disappear and typing stops until I left click
the mouse,  this happens repeatedly.  Can anyone help?

When I delete files it seems I have to do them one, or two at at time.  If I
hold down the control key and click on more than that, then delete them, a
duplicate is created and added to the list.  
Any suggestions?

I have AVG7.5 and Zone Alarm  Firewall on my computer.  Is my computer
protected if AVG is not started up when Windows Start?

I recently did a clean up of my computer and now I see that some of the fonts
on my flolder names have changed color.  Some are still black, others are now
blue.  
Any suggestions as to to how I can return them to black?

An unknown and unmovable directory called "catalog.wci" remains in a personal
data subdirectory, after I recently moved all my personal data files on Drive
C to a second hard drive.  It contains a number of files, including

Here is the senario. Type and command that ends in exe and is in the
system32 folder and I receive "Access is Denied" Plus it shows the command as
xxxxx.com.

I have been getting the blue screen every few days with the following error

reboot it is usally OK, but still annoying. Is there any way of identfying

We have a corporate network with +- 500 XP pro workstations. For almost half
of them loging on takes 20-45 min. After solving a lot of errors found in the
event log I have run out of ideas.

When I install updates from microsoft update the computer shuts down when
finished updating but then it doesnt start boot up properly. It starts trying
to start but restarts and the cpu lights just a keep on flashing?
