Part of the lower right toolbar (the arrow to show hidden icons and the small
Google window next to it) keep jumping back and forth. The mouse icon (arrow
and hourglass), keep jumping too. Also, a bell tone keeps sounding randomly.

I am trying to format my hard drive (C:/) and when I press F8 when booting
up, there is no listing for my cd drive (D:/) I want to boot from the windows
xp disc. There is a listing for my floppy drive (A:/) and my 2 hard drives
but no D:/.

All of a sudden I lost this file and it won't let me do a system restore.  I
have no idea as to how I lost it and how I go about getting it back.  Also
