I have read something about that 32 bit OS like XP can't handle RAM memory over 2 GB. I have today 2 GB RAM memory and plan to upgrade to 3 GB.

I have a Sony vaio which crashes whenever I use fn F7 to switch the graphics output to a data projector. I'm sure it's a driver issue but can't get to the bottom of this. The event log shows error number 1000007f para 1 00000008 para2 80042000 para 3 00000000 para 4 00000000

When starting up a blue screen appears staing that itis Checking file system on D. I allowed this to run the first time it happened and it appeared to be OK. However it now comes back every time I start up and I can't prevent it from Reappearing each time.

When I click my user name to sign in to MSN, I get a pop up that says, Cannot use MSN to Log on. I do get to go online, but it takes a long time. Can you tell me how to fix this so I dont get this pop up all the time. thank you,

Dear Sir, I am using Dell Dimension 4600 PC with Window XP (Home) Edition OS. I could set my PC capable of hibernating by going to Control Panel > Performance & Maintenance > Power Options > Hibernate > Tick Enable.

How long does System Restore keep restore points?? I created 2 system restore points yesterday. I restored the first one ok yesterday (the same day I created it and before I created the second) Today SR said it couldn't restore the second restore point.
