I had to do a fresh install of XP Pro. I've added SP 2 & 3.
There is a 27 sec delay between the bios info screens, and the XP splash screen. My
other boxes are about 5 seconds.

I have windows Xp installed on my PC.  I had a very slow system and decided
to do a fresh install.  Two days later I am stuck in the same situation....
When googling the performance of machine it was suggested that I purchase

UK all documents take to long to open under Windows.
Under Excel I take notice that this will take to long, a small file can take

Using Windows XP Pro.
First, I just changed out hard drives, using Western Digital program to
partion and copy all from old drive. Seemed to work okay. But I just noticed

I Tried googling  this and found another couple of messages elsewhere that
indicated same thing I'm getting with no cure so I'm guessing It's not me?.

I have isolated two infected files as a result of running the virus program.  
They are:
1.  A0053961.exe, location - C:\System Volume Information\_restore,
Virus-Win 32:

I've done research on this for two days, and all of my questions are
cleared except this last one.   My post isn't a question that requires
someone to explain everything from beginning. :)
A couple simple conclusions:

My computer is working well except it will not restore to any point on
calender. The Reload disc incorporating factory settings and XP boot up will

I have been getting 2 "RUNDLL" error messages on my PC.
They read "Error loading c:\windows\system32\obcpmhbs.dll" and Error loading
c:\windows\system32\ssvcctda.dll.  The specified module cannot be found."  
Where and how do I get and reinstall these  2 dll files, pls?
