When I run Disk Clean Up, the item Webclient/Publisher Temporary Files always shows 32kb of files that can safely be deleted but they will not disappear when I tick the box. How can I clear it please?

Recently, I turn on my computer and as Windows or any Windows app launched a pop-up appears that is trying to install ccCommon. After trying to install this file, another pop-up appears that states it can't find the file. Is there any way to correct this problem?

For some reason, no matter which way I run it (even the EXE itself from its directory), CleanMgr just dies... no error message, nothing... it basically doesn't execute. Is there a way to repair it, or can i get a new copy from Microsoft?

from the time i would press the power switch on my laptop until i got the login screen would take roughly 25 seconds. today i imported a couple of cds to iTunes for windows with the music files stored on an external drive and now it takes over a minute to get the login screen.
