I would like to have Explorer show Thumbnails for Kodak Photo CD format files (.pcd extension) It was a feature on my Win 98 machine and I really miss its absence in Win XP. Why is it no longer available? It worked fine in Win 98

I try to upload pics and camera won't do it.  Computer says 'hp120 can't be set up due to Code 19'

When I select print in 'my pictures' folder, the photo
printing wizard would appears, and after selecting the
photos to print etc etc, and going through printing
settings etc etc, it finally give me page layout choices.

pictures onto a cd and then in a couple of days add more photo's to the cd.
I have been doing that by just using different files where my pictures are

Scanner and Camera Wizard no longer works when I put my
CD of pictures in the drive.  This use to work just fine

When I right click on a picture on the web an try to "Save
AS" to my computer, I sometimed get only .ART and .BMP
options.  I want .JPG option.  How do I get that option to
come up?
