Camera wizard once did but no longer will open when I
plug in my Dimage Xg. XP does recognize it on its device
list. Can I open it any other way.

I was backing up my pictures onto a cd and got asked if I wanted to put them into HIGHMAT format.  I figured what the heck.  Well now I cannot get half the pictures.  Can anybody tell me how I can retrieve and reformat my pic's to jpegs again?

I would like to change the file association of my .JPG files, so that they
automatically open with the WindowsXP Picture and Fax Viewer (at the moment,
they open with Kodak Easy Share (bundled with my camera), which takes ages
to load, whereas the Viewer loads instantaneously).  ...

In the file properties section under "comments" the keyword field is
disabled for *.tiff files.  Since I do all my photo scanning to tiff files
to preserve their quality, this is unfortunate.
Why is this so, and how can it be circumvented?

In My Picture folder when several  photo images are
selected and deleted they end up in the Recycle Bin
(which should happen) but there are now copies of the
supposedly deleted items showing in the My Picture Folder

Everytime I want to right click and save an image, it only
allows me to save it as a bitmap (.bmp) even if it was an
animated gif to start out. I know they're not supposed to
be bitmap files when I save them, so why is it making that
