Photo Editor as the default image editor?

When I open a photo in My Pictures it takes me to "Microsoft Office Picture
Manager".  How can I return it the the orginal viewing utilizing "Windows
Picture & Fax Viewer?

When I try to play the output movie file from Photo Story 3 on my pocket PC
media player (Version 8.5 Build 12177) only the sound plays no video.  
Even the clips that Microsoft provided as example do this.
Anyone else have this problem or even better a fix?

I thought Photo Story 3 was going to allow you to add more than one music
file.  Is this not the case or am I not doing it correctly.

I can't seem to copy my photos to CD. I get an error message which states
that the drive is inaccessible. Is there an easy way to fix this?

i went to get  some photos back out of the recycle bin i clicked on the
restore but not the ok where can i find them now as they are gone from the

I made a picture and video CD on a CD-R audio CD. (was that wrong?) and now,
I want to get the files off of the CD and back onto my PC.  The CD revvs, and
a (D:) window comes up, showing that the files are there, however, I can't

I have several hundred photos stored in my "Pictures" Folder. I wish to set
the default view under VIEW-ARRANGE ICONS BY- to - "PICTURE TAKEN ON".
Every time I set it to this it reverts back to "NAME" as the default arrange

This is a problem I have posted before. Files made with
Home Publisher 99 do not seem to carry over to Picture
it! Publishing Platinum. Files open, but figures are

Trying to transfer digipics from camera to pc via Start/My Pictures/Get
pictures from Camera or Scanner ...but then get message that the computer

My client takes High-Res Aerial photographs. The negatives are printed and
