I am looking for a built in photo viewer for Windows 98. Something similar to Windows XP where I can click on a JPG file and just scroll through the pictures using the arrows (like a slideshow). Does anyone here have any suggestions? Is there any freeware for this?

I purchased a S-Video cable to connect my laptop "DELL Latitude" to the TV. I am unable to get an image on my TV. I tried the Fn to CRT control but only observed a flicker. Any ideas?

When I try to to save a pictures off of web sites and right click and save a picture as the save as type does not have Jpg or Gif in it. All it has is Art or Bitmap.
