I am wondering if it is possible to use the SyncToy to synchronize documents

Help! When I open an image the system starts to recopy the image and keeps

I'm a photographer with about 95 gigs of photo scans in My Pictures.
I must have dinked something: it takes about five minutes for the
folder/thumbnail views to generate each and every time I go there.
This is so bad I've started trying Picasa2 and ACDSEE to browse instead.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to get the photographs' name shown

The window is showing C:\Program Files\Microsoft\ and the Synctoy folder is
visible in the right-hand pane.  Uninstalling SyncToy stopped it happening,
