I tried to open some jpeg's on my CD. I tried to use Windows Explorer (having
successfully used it before), but when I try to simply open the pic, I get a

The synctoy installer demands a 1.1.nnnnn version of .net framework.  It will
not install with a version 2.0 .net framework.

My situation:
I just installed WIN XP and tried to use the photo feature to download
pictures from my camera, an Olympus.  
- When I plug in via USB, XP recognizes that I've plugged it in and gives me

When I try to save photos onto a blank dvd or cd a window appears which says
"Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file". I have
followed the instructions on the Windows Help page but still no joy. Could
