Apparently, the 'Check file contents' feature does not work for all files. If so, there's no mention of this in the help file. Otherwise, this is a bug. In this case, the file in question is a TrueCrypt v4.3 "container" file (a so-called "file-hosted volume") on a NTFS partition. ...

Using WinXP Home SP2. Trying Synctoy 2.0 Beta. Deleted some folders on left. The folders previously existed on right. Ran Synctoys Echo which was supposed to delete on right folders deleted on left.

Syncing large files (4GB video files) takes a very loooong time. SyncToy appears to be creating a .tmp file of the file first (getting fairly quickly up to 99% done with the file), but then it will sit there for perhaps 5-10 minutes at 99%.
