How do you edit a picture with Paint when the portion extends beyond the screen area? I've searched Help and see no way of capturing parts of the image that are out of view.

I have an external HD which I use to store important data. In this there is a picture folder. The thumbnails for all most all the pics are there except a few. when I try to open/click on the icon, I get - can't determine the type.

I have Windows XP with Microsoft Picture It! Photo 7.0. Is there a way to create watermarks from photos with this program? I can create watermarks on Word from photos but can't find a way to save it such that I can retrieve it as a photo file.

There are two, very tiny photoes that were taken about 40 years ago with black and white. Their sizes are so tiny, about 1 inch x 1.5 inches. After scanned those, they are still the same size, 1 x 1.5 inches, ... not expected to get larger size, like 4 x 6.

Someone told me I could use WMP to view pix on my TV. I have 14 folders containing around 150 pictures. Can someone tell me how I can add this photos to one playlist? I've tried every way I can think of and nothing works.
