I am currently using Windows XP Home Edition. When I start up my Windows
Installer tries to install Photo Gallery but it fails at it requires a disk
which I don't have. I understand it is a Windows Vista application, so how
can I stop the Windows Installer not load Photo Gallery ...

.JPG attachments on Outlook Express will no longer display.  I get the
message to "Create an association in the Folder Options control panel."  I've
tried changing the setting for JPEG in the Control Panel/Folder Options/File
Types.  It recommends setting it to "Paint" or another ...

I am hoping someone can help me with my display settings.  I got a new

I have a number of very similar collections of photos in separate folders
(both local and networked), all with their original photo number, e.g
DSC0022, with the numbers are repeated in the various folders.  I wish to  
print "contact sheets" from these folders. to enable sorting, ...

Can someone tell me how to find the origin of a program. I have a program
"record now", (it is a n easy method of burning a CD-RW) but I don't remember
where it came from. If I am on the wrong newsgroup let me know where to find
the proper newsgroup.

I have adobe photo shop and windows photo gallery - vista.  I don't see any way
to put 4 photos on one page in adobe.  In gallery there is a choice of 4  
3X5s,
but I can only put the same photo in 1 to 4 different locations - not 4 diff

When I plug in my camera to download photos, I don't like the options that
come up.  I would like to add the program Photo Mechanic to the list.  I've
gone to My Computer>Drive E:>Properties>Autoplay, but I don't see any way to
add a new program to the list.

I used to open my pictures with Windows Picture Viewer. Now, they open with
Microsoft Photo Editor, which I don't want. But I can't seem to find Windows
Picture Viewer anywhere on my computer. Any ideas on how to reset the default
viewer?
