I plug the device into the pc usb, the pc recognises it,
but whichever way i load the printer software when i come
to use the printer i get the message that the pc can't
communicate with it. Help!!

My Add a printer wizard will not open, or run at all.  I
am trying to set my PC up to receive incoming faxes.  The
fax modem (nor does my installed printer), does not show
up in the printers and faxes folder.  Please advise!!

I don't see this printer as one of your listed drivers.  
Can this printer work with my compaq 7500 computer, and
can you add it to your list.

I can not add any printers to my HP laptop because
everytme that I select the add printer function in the

I am trying to install a HP dj3651 on Windows XP.  I have
downloaded the correct driver from the HP web site.  I
follow instructions to connect printer and the OS finds
the correct new hardware. I work through the wizard and

I tried to install __PDFCreator__ (from SourceForge) in my XP system. Later
i found it didn't work. So i uninstalled it. But from then everytime i boot
my system, XP detects a (actually 2) new printer. I have no printer at all.

drivers, and the spooler still has to be manually started
for printers to show up...

by disabling the print spooler.

I have Windows 2002 in the office and use WORD.  Even
though I set my margins at 1" when I go to print I get a
message that I am printing outside the printable area of
the page and when it prints the document is shifted to
