I just upgraded to XP from ME. Everything works fine
except my Deskjet 560C. It shows up in the printers
control panel, but does not print. I followed the

We're trying to print a file directory as it appears on
screen.  In WordPerfect, you can click on "File" and then
on "Print File List," but in Word, there doesn't appear
to be a way.  Can anyone help?  Thanks.
