Upgraded from Win ME to XP Home. My LPT port does not
seem to be working .  Cannot print anything. I've tested
everything else.

I had an entry reading "USB Printer Support" in in the USB
Device Manager List of my computer control panel.
I made some changes in the printer set up (HP Deskjet
1220c connected to a USB port) and the entry disappeared

I accidently deleted printer port LPT1: from windows XP.  
I can no longer print. Do I need to reinstall the files
for this port?  What are my options?

How do I disable printing pause? Every time I go to print
something it is automatically "paused". I need to go to
printer task and press "resume" to "pause" then back

recipients and now unable to sent to more than 5 on list
at a time.  No new programs installed, but did have a
power outage.  Have uninstalled the fax and reinstalled.

(for clients). The problem is, I have created the image BEFORE they
decited to start utilizing the "Fax" utility built into XP. The

everytime I try to print something I get amessage that the
print spooler isn't running, so I turned on the print
spooler and now windows Xp will not recognize that there
is a printer at all.
