Am trying to install a HP Neeg Professor 2100 series
printer into new Sony Computer using Windows XP this
printer is plugged into usb port. Windows does not

I am unable to print to file, I have installed the
generic printer and driver but every time I ask to print

I have set up shared fax and everything was working fine
for awhile.  Now no one is able to send faxes.  I have
found the article below.  Okay, so it looks like I need
to install service pack 4 (I'm on 3).  My question is,

I have one phone line that is shared by 2 phone numbers.  
I.e. a single ring is the phone, a double ring is the fax.
How can I configure fax services to receive only for a

I have the stated printer, and Hewlett parkard does not
have up dates, they explain windows XP already contains
the drivers.  I had add this printer several times, and
tried different things, but the color is total screwed

Well, I've now seen the 'Empty Printers Folder' in XP Pro.
It's been a constant problem with 95 and 98, and now XP.
I've never seen Microsoft reference the empty printers
folder, maybe they claim it doesn't happen.  Whatever.
