The fax was loaded according to instructions. The fax
console when loaded states all fax printers are in
inaccessible thus the fax doesn't work. How do you correct

I have a HP 697c printer. It won't print envelopes although

Hi, when I create a fax and try to send it, it just sits
in the "Printers and Faxes" as 2 documents, but does not
