I get an installshield error every time I try to run the
XP driver installer for my HP OfficeJet 500 printer. Any
ideas?

when I try and print documents from my computer the whole
entire page comes out with a bunch of black lines and it
covers the whole page....anyone know what is wrong??...i

I have a message that comes up each time now that
says:  "Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a problem
and needs to close."  Could someone suggest a fix?  I

Hi  I purchased a Canon BJC 50 printer but the handbook
said WIN XP doesn't like the IrDA interface on the
printer.  Does anyone know how to make Win XP like the
IrDA interface on the CANON BJC 50?

get mssage can't find fxscfgwz.dll, search also can't
find any fxscfgwz.dll,loading xp pro update disc was
of no avail?

How do you install the Adobe Distiller in XP.
So that when you go to print you select the distiller
instead of a printer.  Then the file gets made into a PDF file.

I saved a payment confirmation web page to the desktop by selecting the "Print to File" option on the print menu.
It cannot be viewed because of the PRN extention.  The MS Knowledge base says that's because of the
printer control characters.  Does anyone know of a viewer for print ...

While in Windows Explorer, under Windows XP, I am unable
to select and print multiple documents from any folder.
In other versions of Windows, I have been able to select
multiple documents from Windows Explorer. For each file to

print a test page I get jibberish.  I believe this may be
a driver issue...but I don't see anything for this dot

I have two printers connect to my PC using a USB hub.
When I tried to print to one of the printers the system

get an error message indicating no printing driver found
