Printer started printing using too large of text. How do I

Every time I try to print something, I get an error
report. The document will print but I still get an error
that appears to be linked to Internet Explorer. I also
get this same error when I try to connect to my workgroup

why would this happen. and how can I fix it, I have tried
reinstalling the printer but i keep getting (sub spooler
app) errors, I think that is what it said.

the Print Item (printer) but I am asked to Save-as.
