When trying to print I get the message "before you can
print you need to install......."

When I try to print a document on my Lexmark X75 printer,
it prints fine, but in the window that shows the status,
it stops at 99% even though it is finished.  To print a
document after that, I have to restart my computer and

printing but doesn't delete. Can't print another file

I have run SFC twice.  No files were changed, no files
corrupted (or at least no messages of same, nor a request
for the CD).

I am unable to print a banner with my HP722C and Windows
XP Home. Previously, with Windows 98, I could access the
HP Toolbox which has a banner option. I've downloaded the
latest HP driver, but still can't access the HP Toolbox.

REcently upgraded to Windoes XP professional. Printer
quit working. Tried to load from cd and get reply saying
that program is not supported by windows 2000. Printer is
a DeskJet932c. Before upgrade had windows me.

I have a HP OfficeJet K80 All-in-one which is connected
(via USB) to a desktop running XP Home Edition. The admin
can print without any problem. But the limited users
cannot print. Tried to set printer permission, but the

I have an HP deskjet 940C, connected via parallel port to
(either) a Dell PC or a Toshiba laptop, both running XP.
I alternate between the PC and the laptop, and the
problem happens when connected to either one.

I followed the instructions on how to configure the fax. There was a posting on 1/23/04 that was answered with a link. I am still having the same problem. I can send a fax with no problem but I am unable to receive an incoming fax.

Having problems installing software for HP 1220
print/copy/scan.  Print and copy functions are fine, scan
does not work.  HP tech support directed me to new install
software which does not recognize connection of device.
