Can't add a printer. Says that "Operation cannot be
completed." This might be because the spooler is not
starting. The spooler is not starting because there is a
service in there call PMOBSERV.exe running. Don't know

Professional My Documents directory.  Someone recommended
Power Tools downloaded from MS but it wasn't compatale.
