In Windows NT and 2000 you could create a new form size from the advanced menu for each Printer. I cannot find this or any reference to it in Windows XP Pro. Is it possible to create a new form type in XP Pro? If so How

a parallel HP 4500 and a USB HP 450, printing to both
results in "Print Queue Full" errors. There are no jobs in
