When I attempt to fax a document or picture from my computer, I do into fax console and click "send a fax" but all it does is send the cover page and has no option for sending anything else. What am I missing besides brain cells?

I am trying to print a simple document from Word 2003, I go to print then select my printer from the drop down list, the computer then hangs, the memory usage of spoolsrv shoots up to 128mb, the processor usage is around 50% (Pentium IV 3.06HT).

I am having trouble in viewing and printing all pages received in my fax console program. the images appear to be squashed on the screen and if i try to print all say 3 pages of a received doc it will only print the first one
