Sometimes (quite often actually) my mum tries to print from her laptop and
gets the "helpful" message "this document failed to print" (or something
along those lines). How do I get a more descriptive message so that I can

While trying to setup Fax in XP it says no modem can be found and brings up a choice of standard dial up modem types.  How do I get the installation recognise the Broadband modem?
