Since getting this new XP machine I cannot print to file.
I check the approiate box on the printer dialogue or I
use a virtual Postscript printer set to a file port but

Sometimes, when I want to cancel a print job. The printer seems to go out of
control. It will print out one line of junk or some symbol on one page and
continue printing one page at a time. I can turn the printer off, pull the

I cannot get the black ink cartridge to work.  I have cleaned the print head and black comes out then, but on a test page or anything else the black will not work.  I have taken the cartridge out and put it back in and it still wont work.  Any suggestions

I would like to learn how to fax using Windows XP. I don't have a fax
