Tried every port on this computer, trying to install anew lexmark on a new computer

I am having trouble installing my Printer.When the
printer starts the Led 1st comes on green then it starts
to BLIUNK 7 times then it willstop on Green.I canot get
to dowload the Drivers and when I do It will not let me

I have used fax wizard, i can send faxes but cannot receive, i have windows xp pro and use a dial up modem.

When I select print in 'my pictures' folder, the photo
printing wizard would appears, and after selecting the
photos to print etc etc, and going through printing
settings etc etc, it finally give me page layout choices.

When printing web pages, my right margin is cut off.  It was suggested that I set my margins to 0.166 to correct this problem but I cannot set them below .25.  Please adivse.
