When I open printers and faxes, there are several
printers that say they are "deleting..." but they never
go away?  Why can't I delete them?

When I try to print from Word or Acrobat, sections of text do not print.  Almost all graphics print and if I use a colored background and white text, then it will print.  Other than that, I am missing large chunks of text from my documents.  PLEASE HELP!!!
