I have a new Dell computer with Windows XP.  When I print
only the black prints, the colors do not print.  When
trying to resolve the problem, there is a section where I
can remove the old driver (Windows 98) and then it asks

I need to fax to a customer whose fax line has an answering message, then goes into the fax tone.  How can I extend the length of time Microsoft Fax emits fax tones to get through this fax line's answering message?  Does that make sense?:

When I click on the Microsoft Works T... the Task window
comes up and I can't get into the program that allows me

I have been trying to print a photo 6 X 4 but it prints it out smaller.  I have found this also to be the case with a digital photo program I use.  Any help would be appreciated.

they print is to create a "prn" file, then do a copy /b
xyz.prn lpt1.
When they do this from a command prompt, the get a file

Printer works for a few days then stops working. I have to unplug or shut down and reboot to get it up again. re- installed drivers twice-same results. I have the most up to date drivers from Lexmark
