I PURCHASE BEFORE I OBTAINED WINDOWS XP. INITIALLY BOTH

I can't be sure but I think this problem started after I
installed a USB 2.0 card on my XP system. My printer is
an older EPSON C80 and always worked fine.. it still

how happy i am that i downloaded efax program called "efax messenger
plus". as far as i can see it can only be used for viewing incoming
faxes. i got word started and went to compose an envelope address and
the above efax program catapulted onto the screen. I removed it and
