I can fax to a local number (same Area Code), but when I try to fax to a LD number I cannot connect. I can hear the data line answer, but I get a "No Answer" status after a short time. Anyone have any suggestions?

We have a group of remote users that would like to have the ability to print to network printers when they are off-line. Then once they connect, the print jobs would be submitted to the correct network printer.
