I have been trying to add windows fax service, but somehow, I cannot find the (fxsapi.dll) file. I did a global search but to no avail. Is this file not supposed to be included in Windows XP Home Edition?

Out of nowhere I get a message that the print spooler wil not start. Now none of the printers will work. I tried to restart it manually but that does not work, either. Any ideas where to start?
