I have a new emachine with XP and a new Lexmark printer
(okay, so I'm on a budget!) and it's been working fine
for a few months.  All the sudden I can't print and there
seems to be no printer installed.  When I go to the

I try to install lexmark printer through the wizard, and it says rpc
unavailable. I need to now how i can make it available.And when i install it
from my disk, when i am ready to print it says that the usb port is not the
same, please help me find out my problem, i am not to good ...

and searched high and low for a solution. Just wondering

We have 2 machines on our network which share printers.  Both of these
machines were recently upgraded to SP2.  Both of them shared printers
fine prior to SP2.  Both of them have F&P sharing enabled.  Both have
disabled firewalls.

says "Your operating system does not have a default
viewer for .tif files."

After joining a domain a little while ago, sometimes when the computers log
on the domain they do not see one another.  A simple restart fixes this

I just purchased a Lexmark X125 all in one printer. The
printer works great, but Windows stops communicating with
it almost every day for no reason. I have worked with
Lexmark support and reinstalled printer several times.

rendered the application "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer"
virtually useless. The application displays a picture
