This questions has to do with both security and printing, so I'm posting to

In the "Microsoft Windows XP Professional Resource Kit Documentation" it
states "Windows XP Professional requires that you have Power User or greater

Only fix is to restore to before and ignore SP-2.  It is
not compatible with any print spooler on foreign made and
most US printers!  Microsoft.....you goofed!!!!!!! Also

After spending much time figuring out why my friend's computer would
