I bought a new laptop today with XP. I'm trying to set up
the fax but when I do it says "insert CD" - but there
wasn't a CD with the new machine! Can anyone help me find

After I installed Service Pack 2 all of a sudden (may or may not be related)

How can I asign the right to a user to install USB Printers. We cannot
put him in the Power User Group. The problem appeared with a HP for
which Windows XP doesn't have a driver, yet.
