Is it ok to delete the temp.internet files, cookies & history?

I have XP/SP2 Home ed. with an Epson 780 inkjet.  When I tried to connect a
new laptop (Same OS) to the wireless network to share the printer, the
spooler now runs 95+% of the CPU.

Thank you for your reply.  I used the "cut" method to move a progra
I installed in my Admin account to the All Users Program files and i

If I make any changes to a received fax (e.g. rotate, OCR) and save
it, when I reopen the fax from Fax Console, the changes are gone and
the file name (the long temp preview name) is different.
