I have a printer connected to server mcahine running Windows NT 4 Server. I am having problem printing from my client running Windows XP Pro and Home. I can't add the printer on my clients. The error mentioned about driver not compatible.

I have a friend who is wanting to print an invoice to a file. He has setup a "dummy" printer using the Generic/Text printer driver. He checks the "print to file" check box, however he needs the file to be 17 characters per inch. How do you specify 17 cpi??

We have two phone lines that we use. We have DSL and the other line to use for faxing. I am thinking about closing out this second line since we hardly ever use it other than faxing every now and then. Would it be cheaper to use an 800 number for faxing instead?
