I installed a hp printer on my laptop, the install went ok. But now when i
shut down then reboot, the wizard keeps coumming up saying the hardware
wizard is looking

Since the last update (SP-2) for XP the fax printer doesn't queue properly.
When sending to multiple recipients (more than 3) if a fax fails, the device
fails to advance to the next recipient.  Anybody else have this problem

I just bought a Lexmark X 1155 printer, and I am really having trouble
installing it.  When I try to install it, it says printing monitor is
unknown, and I've followed all the instructions of how to install it.

I have a problem with faxing. My laptop is connected to my telephone line
via the modem and I use it to send and receive faxes.
When my telephone rang an icon used to appear in my system tray which

We have 5 new xp pro pc's with printers attached that keep falling asleep. i
thought cari had answer with power save on usb's when i realized these
printers are connected to LP1. we can find the sleep setting on the usbs but
not the LP port. this could be a setting on our network ...
