I am no longer able to print anything, save for test pages, to my HP
810C printer.  The printer is connected via USB.  Up until recently,

I administer a small network with a Windows 2000 server and Windows XP Pro
workstations (SP2).  Several of the workstations have shared laser printers
attached (all shared printers are listed in the directory).  Users all have
roaming profiles.

Since I installed SP2 (XP Home) the ink levels on my Epson Stylus Photo 950
Printing Preferences Status Monitor are greyed out.  Epson say its a known
SP2 issue.  Anyone know of a Patch or other solution that will cure the
