just installed new colour cartridges, original black one prints fine but the
colour ones are pale and have horizontal lines. I'm sure i've had to remedy
this before but cant remember what to do??

Hi, l have not had anyone suggest a fix.
When I start a print job my system grinds to a virtual standstill.
Windows can't be moved, menu drop downs takes seconds to appear, etc.

I have Windows XP SP2.  Whenever I print, I have an icon that is displayed in
the Systray right by the clock.  The icon displays a bubble that states I
have a document that I sent to the printer.  How do I get rid of this icon?

Here at my job, we have a UTAX network-ready printer that is connected
with its own ip address on the network. When I connect to our remote
server by "Remote Desktop", I want the programs on -that -server to be
able to print to the UTAX. How do I do this? Thanks
