could someone please tel me how to turn off the colour option on my printer,
i have tried to print and it keeps coming up that i need to change cartiage,
but the black is full.only need to use the black cartiage.

Just installed Service pack 2 for Windows XP.  Now, I cannot print.  Windows
shows the printer online and documents in queue, but they error prior to
printing.  Printer is a HP6110xi.  Won't print from the notepad or command

I recently purchased a Canon 5550 printer/scanner/copier.  I cannot get

I am trying to mail merge some fax's in Word 2003.  The fax option
does not show in the mail merge box? I have installed Fax Services in
windows XP Pro but I am un sure if this is the same product as
Microsoft Fax?

Does anyone know how/if I can print to a HP 4300 with a Duplex unit installed
in the following format from word 2003.
1st page on headed paper from Tray 2 (500 Sheet)
Following 4 pages printed on Duplex plain Paper from Tray 3 (500 Sheet)

I have a PC that sometime freeze when recieving fax.

Friend has a problem with a fax form...I'm sure its easy to fix but I can't
see how.
