XP...Epson cx5400 was working fine, but Lexmark 4in1 reminants always
interfering.
I did not add SP2 when 1st out, watch & see fixes attitude.
Then difficult family situation delayed further.

forward to the 1hr phone call with symantec tech support tomorrow.

When I try to send a fax I am advised no modem installed. I try to config
and only get standard modem list. I use Broadband. How do I config to send
useing console?

I was installing my apollo p 2500/2600 to my computer but a warning came up
saying that if i continue installing the printer then there might be future
problems with the proper function of windows xp. My question is a whether
this would happen if i install apollo?

Since i have a preloaded version of XP home and don't have the load disk how
can I get around the problem of not having the correct dll to make fax work

When I tried to install the fax option via printers and faxes, a window would
come up and quickly disappear with nothing happening.
I went to add/remove software and tried there, but recieved " the
installation library for component fax could not be initialized " message.

when trying to print any web page, my screen just goes blank and my computer
freezes up. i can do normal printing from word, excel, etc, but just not from
the web. it used to work, but recently i have this problem. what could be the
