When I go to install the fax services it starts the wizard then trys to
locate the various fxsXXXXX.dl_ files (or .dll) -- I insert my original

XP Professional SP2 and Office 2003 SP1.  When faxing using outlook contacts
the fax is sent, however, the active application hangs.  This consistently
occurs within Office Suite apps and 3rd party apps installed on the PC.  
Event viewer only displays the error 1001 generic ...

I cannot get TIFF images to proof using the wizard.  JPG's are no problem,
but all images that are saved as TIFF do not print.  Is there a special
setting for that ?
